The coronavirus pandemic has caused the necessary wearing of face masks to minimize the risk of spreading or contracting the highly contagious disease. It is not only a communal act of responsibility, but it is mandatory upon entering businesses and institutions. At the newly launched Facemasks4all.org, the mission is to build a stockpile of face masks to avoid shortages during a 2nd wave of COVID-19, or any other future pandemics.

Facemasks4all.org is raising funding to build a stockpile of 24,000 reusable face masks from ethically sourced cotton for all Laguna Beach residents. The organization will employ at least 44 out-of-work residents with fair wages and performance-based bonuses. The GoFundMe campaign to support this initiative will end on May 30th at 11:59 pm PST. You can support their mission by donating to the GoFundMe campaign here.

Also, GoFundMe donors of this campaign are eligible for some incredible Perks.

In addition to helping to reach the fundraising goal on GoFundMe, the campaign intends to support local, small business owners in Laguna Beach to gain more exposure for their business.

By going to Facemasks4all.org and joining the team of fundraisers dubbed Mask Force One (MF1), you qualify to receive several Member's Benefits that are free of charge.

The campaign organizers are leaving the success of this fundraising campaign in the hands of the people. For it to work, every person who visits the GoFundMe page needs to share the fundraising campaign on social media or email friends and family. The common goal is to SHARE and SUPPORT and BE PREPARED.
