A local Laguna brand, Mago Hot Sauce focuses on flavor over extreme heat. MAGO uses the freshest ingredients and create all of their craft hot sauces in small batches. ‘Mago’ means wizard, or magician, in Spanish, and their family of products are known as Spicy Magic. The brand is influenced by cultures and cuisine from around the world but also stands as a reflection of our local community.

Last year MAGO began a Limited Edition series. The 2nd ever exclusive Spicy Magic is here: Ginger and Lemongrass hot sauce. This lively sauce is will keep you healthy and your meals magical. It overflows with fresh flavor of ginger and lemongrass and a few unique recipe twists give you a very unique and addicting sauce. Its medium heat is great for hot sauce lovers with different heat tolerances.

NEW SAUCE Best Uses: Chicken, seafood, noodles, soups, fish tacos, and your favorite curry!

All of their award winning sauces can be found at our local Laguna Beach Famers Market, online, some local stores, and even a few restaurants in town. (stores: so far Pearl St. General, Growers Ranch in Costa Mesa, and El Toro Gourmet Meats in Lake Forest).
