Sid has also been the pioneer of incorporating nitrate-free pepperoni, organic tomato sauce, non-GMO flour, vegan cheese and veggie crumbles. Creating hardy, specialty salads, subs and sandwiches, finger-licking starters, and now zbreakfast and the zcafe! In addition to all these inventive breakfast menu items, the arduous task of constructing an outdoor, dining patio has been completed and will no doubt be a major hot spot for any and every social gathering!
