Romeo Cucina Molto Deliziosa!

While Orange County dining establishments seldom succeed beyond the first two years, beautiful Romeo Cucina brought authentic Italian cuisine to Laguna Beach 27 years ago with dedicated brothers Antonio and Vincenzo continually at the helm.  Originally open for dinner, happy hour immediately became a popular attraction and lunch was later added for weekend pleasure.

A local favorite, Happy Hour excels above similar Orange County presentations offering superlative house wines at $4. Fresh oranges are impressibly squeezed to order for cocktails even beyond 5 to 7pm. Add the basket of irresistible house baked bread, tantalizing olive tapenade, napkin enfolded flatware, together with well cocktails at $5 and $6, bottled and well beers at $4 and $5. Garlicky clams on the half shell and rigatoni with wild mushrooms, spinach & pine nuts are $9. Appetizers at $8 include eggplant parmigiana, meatballs and/or calamari with spicy arrabbiata sauce & tasty Margherita pizza. All served 5 to 7pm every day, the time extended until closing during seasonal ball games. Romeo Cucina, 249 Broadway St., 949.497.6627.
